Summary

Companies looking to get into customer relationship management (CRM) for the first time could do a lot worse than Freshsales CRM. This app is typical of packages aimed at small to midsize businesses (SMBs) in that it combines a reasonable price with an easy-to-learn interface. However, it doesn’t stop there. Freshsales also works with other types of business software and offers a more in-depth feature set if your company has experience with CRM. All of this puts it only barely behind our current Editors’ Choice winners, including Apptivo CRM and Zoho CRM, both of which provide more third-party integrations. Still, if the software with which you need to integrate is on Freshsales’ list and you want to hit the ground quickly, then this is a package well worth considering.

Since our last look, Freshsales has worked on building a unified platform so the CRM tool works with other business platforms. It’s added more integrations as well as workflow automation and sales intelligence features. The software is available in more than 30 languages, including some that read from right to left such as Hebrew and Arabic. It also supports multiple currencies. For companies invested in other Freshworks solutions like Freshcaller and Freshdesk can tie those in with Freshsales quite easily.
